Vanessa Paredes

Vanessa is a Senior Partner Operations Manager working directly with Founder and Managing Partner, Aydin Senkut.

She is a rare San Francisco native with an extensive support background in tech, start-ups, and venture capital. She studied psychology and human development at UC Davis and has held positions at Capital One, Kleiner Perkins, BOND Capital from its inception, and most recently as Chief of Staff to a startup Founder/CEO. Her past experience and exposure in venture capital and tech give her a unique perspective that allows her to add texture and color to coverage in various investments. As a person with a high EQ, she thrives in relationship-building and nurturing.
