Dasha Maggio

Co-Chief Operating Officer

Dasha joined Felicis in 2013 when the team was fewer than five people and investing out of its third fund. She has helped scale the firm over the last decade, including building out its Founder Success and Research functions and supporting the evolution of the investment team and strategy. She also created and launched the first-of-its-kind Founder Development Pledge, committing 1% in non-dilutive capital on top of every first check Felicis writes to be used towards personalized founder development.

Dasha currently serves as co-COO. In this role, she oversees investment operations and works closely with the Managing Partners on investment and firm strategy. She also leads key initiatives that span identifying and cultivating exceptional talent, executing experiments and new programs, and building internal systems to enable high performance.

A native Russian, Dasha is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and started her career as a management consultant. Prior to Felicis, she spent a year at sweetgreen, where she convinced the founders to let her start a line of cold-pressed juices.
