Audrey Pillsbury

Audrey joined Felicis in 2024 as the Founder Success Program Manager, where she focuses on talent network expansion and creating high-impact programs to support portfolio companies.

Previously, Audrey spent six years at Spencer Stuart, a premier executive search and leadership advisory firm, where she advised cross-industry clients on critical leadership challenges. Her expertise spans executive search, succession planning, executive assessment, leadership development, culture transformation, and team effectiveness. While at Spencer Stuart, she also played a central role in the development and launch of the firm’s first C-suite "performance accelerator" program to support leaders’ successful integration into new organizations.

Audrey is based in San Francisco and holds a Master of Science in Applied Psychology from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Political Science from Vassar College, where she was a two-time captain of the varsity soccer team.
